Returns and Cancellations

We are so sorry that you are not happy with your purchase.

You can return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from the day it is delivered to you. After 14 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to entertain your request for a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, and must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase with the returned item.

After you place your order, you will have 24 hours to cancel your order or make changes to it. Once a tracking number has been assigned and an email has been sent to notify you about it, you cannot cancel or change your order.

We will process your refund within 1-3 business days after you cancel your order. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on the time your bank takes to process our refund request, it may take up to 14 business days to receive your refund.

Currently, we only ship to the addresses in Canada and the USA.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders CAD $100 or more shipped within Canada. We also offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over USD $100.00 shipped to the U.S.A.

We are sorry that, we ran out of an item that you like. But we will put our best efforts to get one for you.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any gift wrapping services at this stage. However, all our orders are shipped in beautiful white drawer-style cardboard boxes. We also provide a complementary frosted PVC zipper pouch with each order, which surely will add a special touch to your gift.
